Project Description
NYC had just hosted another expensive parade down the part of Broadway known as the Canyon of Heroes. Once again, a pretty wealthy sports team was celebrating their victory on the city’s dime. I get why service people who put their lives on the line, veterans who’ve served our country, astronauts who do amazing things for the first time get a Canyon of Heroes parade, but why a ball club? (By the way, 9/11 first responders never got one.)
I started thinking of all those things we do everyday that make us all heroes; to family, friends, and each other, and HomeMade Heroes was the result.
